GENERAL

Q. What's Click & Collect?

A. Click & Collect is a free alternative to shipping. Simply select in Store pick up at checkout, and we will prepare your order for pickup from our location here at North Fitzroy! Fast. Simple. In-store items are available to pick up immediately, and warehouse 2-3 days. You'll be guided through these easy steps when you checkout!

Q: How soon do I get my order?

A: Orders placed before 2pm are generally sent out the same day for in-stock items from our warehouse. It can take 2-7 days depending on your preferred shipping option. If you haven't received your order in 7 working days, please get in contact with us!

Q. What does "Call to Order" or "Contact to Confirm" mean?

A. Sometimes we do not have items in stock in our store or warehouse, but they can be ordered. Delivery times/dates can vary, so it's best to contact us first.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. International shipping can be arranged but on a case by case basis. NFC can obtain a quote for you for shipping costs prior to you purchasing a product. Please email us to obtain a quote or to find out if shipping is available on an item.

Q. Why don't you ship some of your bikes?

A. Dealer agreements are something that we adhere to quite strictly and in most cases these agreements prohibit the shipping of bikes. However, we do stock quite a few brands who permit us to ship to you. Please feel free to email us if you are uncertain or have any further questions.

Q. I need a part but it's not on your website. Can you order it?

A. Extremely likely! We are a full-service bike shop with great relationships with local and international distributors. Contact us to talk to one of our friendly mechanics if you're after something highly specific.

Q. What if I want an item that is out of stock?

A. Contact us to find out when it will be back in stock.

Q. If an item is available online, will it be available in store?

A. Not necessarily. We source our online products and in store products from different sources, so they may be in one place but not the other. If you want to view an item, contact us .

WARRANTIES

Q. What kind of warranty comes with my new bike?

A. Because we sell quality brands, we supply Australia's best warranties on bikes. The terms are brand specific and for most of our bikes include 12 months on parts and between 2 and 5 years on the frame and forks. Here's a list of links to help you find the right fine print for your bike:

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Q. Do you offer layby?

A. Yes! Layby is available for a maximum of 3 months with 20% non-refundable deposit. Please call us or drop in store to organise.

Q. What are your financing terms?

A. We currently do not offer finance, but stay tuned as we are currently working towards offering finance in the near future

Q. Do you price match?

A. We aim to offer the best prices on all our products, all the time. However, on certain products and services we are unable to price match but we will endeavour to do our best in all cases. If you find someone else trying to sell a product that we normally stock for less, we will happily negotiate.

Q. Is the pricing on your website different to your physical store?

A. The pricing on our site is for online purchases only, although you are able to request instore collection as your delivery method. Our website prices are usually cheaper because they don’t include some of the fixed costs associated with running a bricks and mortar store.

Q. I'm a NFC Loyalty Member. How do I redeem my discount?

A. All NFC Loyalty Members have access to a 10% discount on RRP of all bikes and P&A. To redeem your discount for Online Purchases, enter your Membership Code into the box and your discount will be applied at the checkout. For in store purchases, present your Loyalty card at the checkout when paying for your goods and we will automatically deduct your discount if applicable.

PRIVACY POLICY

Q. What is your privacy policy?

North Fitzroy Cycles complies with the Commonwealth of Australia Privacy Act 1998 and does not disclose personal information other than to facilitate the purchase and supply of products or services from North Fitzroy Cycles or where required to by law. Information held is stored securely.
